CIK细胞联合化疗在肿瘤治疗中的应用
The Application of CIK Cells Combined with Drug Therapy for Tumor
摘要
Abstract
Cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cells, namely immune cell populations induced by mononuclear cells in vitro, can kill tumor cells through multiple mechanisms. Basic researches and clinical trials showed that CIK cells com-bined with chemotherapy can reverse tumor resistance, improve the immune efficacy and have little side effects. Taken together, the quality of life and clinical benefit rate of patients using the above combination therapy will be higher than those by CIK cells or chemotherapy alone. This article mainly summarizes the immune characteristics, anti-tumor effect and mechanisms, clinical application, adverse reactions as well as the limitation of CIK cells.关键词
