放化疗综合治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的研究进展
Research Progress on the Chemoradiotherapy in the Treatment of Locoregionally Advanced Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Abstract
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is the most commonly malignant tumor at head and neck in China. Radiotherapy is often the first choice for nasopharyngeal carcinoma treatment, and it often gets relatively good cure rates for early-stage lesions. However, most patients are diagnosed in clinical stageⅢ~Ⅳ, and radiotherapy alone could not achieve good effect for these locoregionally ad-vanced lesions. In the dimensional irradiation era, chemoradiotherapy has been widely accepted as the standard treatment for loco-regionally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. With the development of intensity-modulated radiation therapy, chemoradiotherapy treatment model has made a new step of development in recent years. In this paper, we reviewed the research progress in multimo-dality therapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.关键词
