1例伴高钙血症癌痛患者的治疗用药分析与监护
Case Analysis and Monitoring of the Therapeutic Medication for One Patient with Cancer Pain and Hypercalcemia

Abstract
Objective To analyze the medication for one patient with cancer pain and hypercalcemia, and to investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in the use of pain medication. Methods Aiming at the specific case, clinical pharmacists participated in the design and adjustment of individual analgesic therapy, monitored the adverse reactions and put forward proposal of pharmaceutical intervention. Results According to the principle of pain therapy, in combination with the clini-cal characteristics of hypercalcemia, clinical pharmacists assisted physicians in evaluating the patient’s pain and adverse reactions comprehensively and accurately, and selecting rational dosage regimen successfully through developing pharma-ceutical care. The patient finally had her pain relieved and her hypercalcemia level reduced to normal. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists played a positive role in the rational use of anti-cancer pain drugs.关键词
