紫外分光光度法测定竹节参中微量元素硒的含量
Determination of Selenium in Panax japonicus by UV Spectrophotometry
摘要
Abstract
Wet digestion technique was used for processing Rhizoma Panacis japonnici from different regions in China. PH was regulated to reduce Se6+ to Se4+ and Se4+ was complexed with o-phenylenediamine. The selenium content was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry under 335 nm. The results indicated that the content of selenium in Rhizoma Panacis japonicus from Jianshi and Xianfeng Country of EnShi was 1. 68 mg/g and 1. 52 mg/g, respectively,among the highest found in China. This method was simple, sensitive, fast,reproducible and was especially effective in determining trace selenium in Rhizoma Panacis japonnici.关键词
