Optimization Design of Flexible Rotor System of SFD-sliding Bearings
摘要
Abstract
The squeezed film damping (SFD) can improve the stability of rotary mechanical system. Applying numerical simulation method, the sensitivity of the rotor system and the dynamic optimization of the SFD-sliding bearings were studied systematically. The study shows that the SFD clearance, bearing clearance, shaft stiffness and oil viscosity have great effects on the critical speeds of the first two orders, and the system is more sensitive to these parameters than the others. Based on the design variables offered by the sensitivity analysis, genetic algorithm was employed for optimization analysis of the critical speed so that the working speed can keep away from the critical speed as far as possible. After the optimization, the critical speed was greatly ameliorated. This study has supplied a theoretical basis and analysis method for improving the dynamic stability of high-speed rotor systems.关键词
