Abstract
Two desulfurization fans in the flue-gas desulfurization system of an 800 MW thermal power plant had abnormal vibration. Condition monitoring data showed that there was a periodic low-frequency amplitude fluctuation phenomenon in the fan’s vibration. Then, the vibration of the two desulfurization fans was measured, and the characteristics of the vibration signals were analyzed in both time-domain and frequency domain. Results of analysis show that periodic variation of the amplitude of the rotating frequency components is the main reason of the low-frequency fluctuation. And the abnormal vibrations of the two desulfurization fans have the same characteristics.关键词
