摘要

Abstract

In order to investigate the measures of saving labor force and energy during the development of tobacco agricul-tural modernization,the loading efficiency,energy cost and economic characters were studied using five loading methods:loading leaf with clip,loading with box,loose -leaf accumulation,loose -leaf wisp,and traditional loading leaf with pole. The results showed that four methods of loading leaf (loading leaf with clip,loading with box,loose -leaf accumulation, loose -leaf wisp)decreased the cost of labor force by 73.26% ~82.44%,and raised barn loading amount by 35.13% ~50.63% during curing when compared with the method of traditional loading leaf.The energy cost during curing of tradi-tional loading leaf with pole was higher than loading leaf with clip,loading with box,loose -leaf wisp but lower than loose-leaf accumulation.The time of invest recovery of new barn using four methods of loading leaf is 1.05 ~3.44 year/666.7m2 compared with the method of traditional loading leaf.The difference of the economic characters of curing leaves between loading leaf with clip and traditional loading leaf with pole was inconspicuous,while loading with box,loose -leaf accumulation and loose -leaf wisp were worse than traditional loading leaf with pole.The benefit of loading leaf with clip was the best considering both economic characters and energy cost.
