Abstract
Objective:The aim of the report is to research the side effects of topical corticosteroid after using topical corticosteroids in case.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 110 patients in our hospital from January 2007 to January 2012 after topical corticosteroids side effects,summarize treatment.Results:91cases had side effects appeared on the face and 19 cases on their trunk and limbs,erythema in 110 cases (100%),skin atrophy in 83 cases(75.5%),blood capillary dilate in 77 cases (70.0%),dry desquamation in 19 cases (17.3%),pruritus in 48 cases (43.6%),hot in 45 cases (40.9%),increased local wolly hair in 50 cases (45.5%),wool bursa sex inflammatory papule or pustule in 58 cases (52.7%),pore bulky in 28 cases (25.5%),pigmentation in 14 cases (12.7%),the primary disease aggravated in 45 cases (40.9%).Conclusion:Be discreet to use topical corticosteroids.Clinical observation and treatment of the side effects should be treated by dermatologist.关键词
