摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia in patients who undergoing elective abdominal operation from heart rate,blood pressure and timing of placement of gastric tube,a success rate of intubation,the influence of postoperative complications.Methods:For elective abdominal operation,general anesthesia with tracheal intubation in patients with nasogastric intubation time comparative study.204 patients were randomly divided into two groups A,B.In A group was implanted into the stomach tube intubation,tracheal intubation anesthesia group B before gastric tube.Results:The patients in the A group,blood pressure heart rate compared with B group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and an intubation success rate is high,less postoperative complications.Conclusion:Endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia was implanted into the stomach tube can greatly enhance patient comfort,operation of gastric tube insertion for best time.关键词
