Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the role of hospital cultural construction in the overall quality of medical students.Methods:256 cases of internship medical students from January 2009 to January 2012 in the hospital were chosen.They were randomly divided into the experimental group (n=128) and the control group (n=128).The control group was taken with purely hospital internship work,and the experiment group of students was taken with hospital cultural training and knowledge learning on the basis of the control group.The credit rating of the two groups of students after the end of the internship was evaluated in order to detect the effect of the overall quality of training of the medical students,and provide sound advice in the construction of the hospital culture.Results:The experimental group of outstanding was 53.91%,the good was 41.41%,and 4.68% was qualified,and poor was 0.The rates of the control group were 32.03%, 39.03%,17.19 and 11.72%.Conclusion:The cultural construction education and training of medical students has a good practical significance in improving the overall quality of the medical students.关键词
