体位改变配合徒手旋转胎头纠正持续性枕后位临床分析OA
Clinical Analyse of Manual Rotation of Fetal Head with Postural Change on the Modification of Persistent Occiput Posterior Position
目的：探讨体位改变配合手转胎头术纠正持续性枕后位的临床效果.方法：选择持续性枕后位患者220例，试验组110例采用手转胎头术旋转胎头配合体位改变纠正持续性枕后位，对照组110例未做任何处理.结果：试验组产钳助产、剖宫产率明显低于对照组，试验组自然分娩率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论：对持续性枕后位使用体位改变配合徒手旋转术，显著增加自然分娩率，降低剖宫产及产钳助产率，降低围生儿并发症.
