135例不同年龄段胃癌患者的临床病理特点分析及预后OA
Analysis of Clinical and Pathologic Features in 135 Cases Gastric Cancer in Different Age and Prognosis
目的：对不同年龄段的胃癌患者的临床病理特点进行分析,以便提高胃癌的治愈率。方法：对2009年1月-2011年12月期间的胃癌患者的资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果：不同年龄阶段胃癌发病有共同点也有不同点。在病理研究中,Ⅳ期主要发生在青年组,Ⅰ期主要发生在中年组和老年组。结论：对于胃癌患者来说,早期诊断、早期治疗是改善预后的关键。
