摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy for recurrent patients with kidney stone after open surgery treatment. Methods:To select 90 cases of open surgery patients with recurrent kidney stones,which were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group used percutaneous nephrolithotomy,the control group used once again open surgery treatment.To compare two groups of the operation time,hospitalization time,hospitalization cost,stone clearance,postoperative recurrence rates,intraoperative amount of bleeding and postoperative urinary tract infection. Results:Observation group after treatment the operation time,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost was less than that of control group(P<0.01),and the calculus eliminate rate and postoperative recurrence rate significantly smaller that of control group(P<0.05),intraoperative amount of bleeding and postoperative urinary tract infection number was less than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy open surgery in treatment of recurrent kidney stone is definite,it is worth clinical promotion use.关键词
