64排螺旋CT对主动脉夹层动脉瘤的诊断价值
Clinical Value of 64-multidetector Spiral CT in Diagnosis of Aortic Dissection Aneurysms
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinic usefulness of 64-multidetector spiral CT in diagnosis of aortic dissection aneurysms (ADA). Methods:Retrospective analysis on 27 patients of aortic dissection aneurysms which were confirmed by clinical treatment. All cases were examined by vascular imaging of 64-multidetector spiral CT before clinical treatment. Results:The CT diagnosis of all patients conform with clinical diagnosis. The range and classification in 26 patients were displayed well. The true lumen,false lumen,intimal flap and other minute structure of dissecting aneurysm in these patients were showed satisfactorily. Conclusion:The range and broken mouth of aortic dissection aneurysms were displayed very well by vascular imaging of 64-multidetector spiral CT, and it is very useful in diagnosis of ADA.关键词
