Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression and meaning and clinical significance of Ki-67 and cycling dependent kinase (CDK4) in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer. Methods:CDK4 expression was determined by immunohistochemical staining in 152 cervical specimens (22 cases of chronic cervicitis,52 cases of CIN and 78 cases of cervical cancer),and its positive rate were analyzed. Results:The positive rate of CDK4 expression in uterine cervix cancer tissue and CIN tissue was 87.2% and 59.6% respectively. The positive rate of Ki-67 expression in uterine cervix cancer and CIN tissue was 95.9% and 65.4% respectively. The expression of CDK4 was correlated with the pathological staging and tissue grading and Lymph transfer of the cervical cancer (P<0.05).The expression of Ki-67 was correlated with the pathological staging and tissue grading of the cervical cancer P<0.05).The expression of CDK4 was positive correlated with the expression of Ki-67 in CIN and cervical cancer. Conclusion:CDK4 and Ki-67 may play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of cervical squamous cell cancer,and CDK4 and Ki-67 can be used as the indexes for screening high risk population of cervical cancer,which can also be used as the indexes for evaluating the prognosis of patients with cervical cancer.关键词
