Abstract
Objective:To study the heart rate of patients with acute myocardial infarction for mortality during hospitalized.Methods:Choosed the 121 patients of the clinical data who got the acute myocardial infarction to do a retrospective analysis,and used the heart rate admission 80 beats/min,90 beats/min threshold,then observed and compared the heart rate in patients with heart function and mortality in three groups.Results:The patients whose heart rate above 90 beats/min had a higher left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular systolic diameter,but had a low left ventricular ejection fraction, and they had a higher mortality,compared to the other two groups,the differences were significant(P<0.05);and between the other two groups ,there were not significantly different on the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular systolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction and the mortality(P>0.05).Conclusion:The increased rate is a predictor of death in the patients of acute myocardial infarction,and it is worthy to attract attention on the clinical.关键词
