Abstract
Objective:To strengthen dietary education for diabetic patients,evaluate the impact of diet education on blood lipids.To explore scientific and effective for lipid control diabetes.Methods:Randomly selected 99 patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital endocrinology outpatient,50 cases of the control group and strengthen the management group (intensive group) in 49 cases.To strengthen the health education in intensive group for three months,and quantify the diet.To test the metabolic indicators at the end of three months.Results:After three months of intensive dietary education,and the lipids in the intensive group was significantly improved,there was statistically significant differences before and after the dietary education.After three months the lipids in the control group was slight changed,there was no statistically significant differences before and after three months.There was statistically significant differences in the intensive group after the dietary education and the control group after three months.Conclusion:Strengthen the education of a healthy diet helps to control diabetes blood lipids.关键词
