Abstract
Objective:To analysis the epidemical condition of infectious disease among Dianjiang county of Chongqing city in different ages. Methods:To description and statistical analysis outbreak data in Dianjiang county from 1952 to 2010. Results:In Dianjiang county from 1952 to 2010 Class B,C of legal infectious diseases were reported in 37 species in total 207 351 cases,with an annual incidence rate of 510.45/10 million,reported deaths in 1528 cases,with an annual mortality rate of 3.76/10 million.A trend of infectious diseases incidence rate and death rates,case fatality rate showed a significant drop,the average rate of decline was 22.54%,17.01%,27.10%;Spectrum and classification of infectious diseases have been significant changes. Conclusion:The reporting of infectious diseases morbidity and mortality was the overall downward trend in Dianjiang county from 1952 to 2010,prevention and control work achieve success. We will make the food-borne diseases prevention and control as a priority,strengthening respiratory infectious diseases such as AIDS and tuberculosis prevention and control efforts to further consolidate the achievements of immunization.关键词
