垫江县1952-2010年传染病特点研究OA
Study on Infectious Diseases in Dianjiang County from 1952 to 2010
目的：分析重庆市垫江县不同年代传染病的流行情况.方法：对垫江县1952-2010年的疫情资料进行描述与统计分析.结果：垫江县1952-2010年共报告甲乙丙类法定传染病37种，累计207351例，年均发病率为510.45/10万，报告死亡病例1528例，年均死亡率为3.76/10万；传染病发病率、死亡率、病死率的总趋势均明显下降，平均下降速度分别为22.54%、17.01%、27.10%；传染病发病谱及分类均发生了明显改变.结论：垫江县195…查看全部>>
