摘要
Abstract
Objective:In order to investigate the role of Kangfuxin solution for promoting wound-surface healing following and fissure operation and in reducing postoperative complication.Methods:92 patients with anal fistula were divided into treatment group(n=49) and controlled group(n=43);treatment group was treated with Kangfuxin solution externally,meanwhile controlled group with parietal bath with 1∶5000 potassium permanganate solution.Results:In reducing postoperative pain, promoting wound-surface healing and shortening healing time,treatment group was significantly superior to controlled group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion:Results show that Kangfuxin solution has better role in promoting wound-surface healing after anal fistula operation,and in relieving pain.关键词
