摘要
Abstract
Objective:Summary Experience of Back implanatation of skin graft combining vaccum sealing drainage in treating avulsion injury of skin of back of hand and foot for generalization application.Methods:Review treat effection of back implanatation of skin graft combining vaccum sealing drainage in treating avulsion injury of skin of back of hand and foot.Results:Three cases had been debrided and skin grafted in second phase,one case experienced free skin graft necrosis partly and wound surface recovery by change dressings,surplus eight cases were free skin graft survival in first phase and coverage of wound surface was satisfaction.Conclusion:Back implanatation of skin graft combining vaccum sealing drainage is a new choice in treating avulsion injury of skin of back of hand and foot and deserving generalization application.关键词
