Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of the fiberoptic bronchoscopy alveolar lavage surgical treatment for aspiration pneumonia.Methods:The 86 cases of aspiration pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,the number of each group are 43 cases.The comparison group used the conventional therapy,treatment group with the conventional therapy and complementary with bronchofiberscope lavage operation treatment,the differences of the blood gas,lung function were compared after a week in two groups.Results:The blood gas,lung function in the treatment group were better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bronchofiberscope alveolar lavage can rapidly improve the aspiration pneumonia patients in the blood gas,pulmonary function, accelerate the patients recovered,and it is safe and effective,and have clinical promotion value.关键词
