Abstract
Pregnant premature rupture of membrane(PPROM) is the important factor of jeopardizing the pregnant woman and the newborn.The research by means of the 192 examples of the pregnant premature rupture of membrane in 28-37 weeks,to introduce and approach the happening factor,the curing methods, the childbirth methods of PPROM.Clinical experimental indicated that pregnancy in 28-36 weeks had higher rates in apnoea neonatorum,fetal distress,infection than the pregnancy in 36-37.The results had statistical significance and for clinical experimental.关键词
