摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of cervical smear cytology for cervical cancer screening.Methods:5963 cases of gynecological examination of women underwent the cervical scraping levy cytology and TCT detection,the positive rate was compared.The TCT test result showed positive or suspected positive underwent colposcopy sampling biopsy,and was compared with the results of TCT test.Results:The positive rate of TCT detection of cervical lesions was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).There were a total of 538 cases of positive or suspected positive subjects by TCT detected, 449 cases of cervical precancerous lesions detected by biopsy,the detection rate was 83.46%.Conclusion:TCT detection of cervical precancerous lesions can help to improve clinical detection rate,the more significant of TCT diagnosis of abnormalities,the detection rate of biopsy is higher.关键词
