摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyse the effect of mifepristone combined with rivanol in pregnancy induced labor,to provide effective treatment for the middle of the late pregnancy induced labor work.Methods:110 cases of patients with pregnancy the middle induced labor as the experimental subject,according to the clinical drug treatment of different divided into observation group and control group,to compare analysis curative effect(shrinkage palace start time,placenta fetal membrane residual,cervical tear and uterine amount of bleeding,etc.)in the two groups.Results:The effect in the observation group was better than which in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the mifepristone combined with rivanol undertake metaphase pregnancy induced labor is more apparent which compare with single rivanol application,it is worthy of promotion.关键词
