摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of the fire needle in treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis.Methods:148 patients with nerve type cervical spondylosis from June 2004 to December 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group were treated with fire needle treatment,the patients in control group were treated with acupuncture.Results:The total effective in the treatment group was 94.6%,the total effective rate in control group was 78.4%,there was significant difference(P<0.05 );the existence of differences in the improvement of limb pain and neck and shoulder pain on patients in the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of fire needle therapy on nerve root cervical spondylosis is remarkable,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,it is worthy widely using and popularizing in clinic.关键词
