Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression and clinicopathological significance of PCNA,Ki-67 and P53 protein in prostate cancer.Methods:To detect the expression of PCNA,Ki-67 and P53 protein in 82 cases of prostate cancer and 20 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia by immunohistochemistry, then to analyze and compare the difference between them.Results:The expression of PCNA,Ki-67 and P53 protein in prostate cancer was higher than which in benign prostatic hyperplasia,it was statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and it was higher in prostate cancer which was poorly differentiated(G3) or lymphatic metastasis than which in high differentiation(G1) or without lymphatic metastasis,it was statistically significant difference too(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of PCNA,Ki-67 and P53 protein in prostate cancer is related to the pathological grade and lymphatic metastasis,it has a certain significance to the early diagnosis and the clinical prognosis of prostate cancer by detected the expression of PCNA,Ki-67 and P53 protein jointly.关键词
