早发型子痫前期重度临床分析及护理OA
Clinical Analysis and Care of Early on Set Severe Preeclampsia
目的：探讨早发型子痫前期重度妊娠结局及护理。方法：回顾性分析2007年1月-2011年12月278例子痫前期重度病例，根据孕周将其分为早发组(孕周<32周)和晚发组(孕周≥32周)，比较两组病例的发病情况、发病特点及母婴并发症。结果：早发型子痫前期重度的期待治疗时间明显多于晚发型组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。早发型子痫前期重度的孕产妇并发症的发生率以及引产率明显高于对照组。早发组围产儿并发症发生率明显增高，差异有统计学意义…查看全部>>
