摘要
Abstract
Objective:Observe pain nursing intervention for perioperative analgesic effect of patients with gastric cancer.Methods:Random selected 83 cases of patients from our hospital with gastric cancer treated as the research object,and divided into observation group including 43 cases and control group including 40 cases.For observation group,in relation to the pain of the perioperative nursing intervention.For control group used conventional nursing care plan. Compared two groups of patients in perioperative period pain and other indexes.Results:After the comparation of two groups of patients in perioperative period of pain,get free of bed and the dose of analgesic drug use,showed the stage of observation group was better than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:Pain nursing intervention can help patients with gastric cancer treated in perioperative period to reduce pain and analgesia effect,also can reduce the use of analgesic drugs dosage,clinical effect is good.关键词
