Abstract
Objective:To explore tectorial stent clinical application,and summarize the curative effect in the treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma patients.Methods:By utilizing guide wire,catheter and angiography,the lesion locations all the 58 cases were identifided and placed the self-expanding stent under the surveillance of the X-ray.Results:58 cases operations were successful completed in one time.The dysphagia was markedly lessened after the stent implantation.Conclusion:Treatment with tectorial stents insertion for advanced esophageal carcinoma is effective especially in ameliorating dysphagia.关键词
