Abstract
Objective:To further study and compare the actual clinical care effect in our hospital for patients with anorectal proposed free chaperone care model,so as to provide effective reference for clinical anorectal care.Methods:96 patients admitted in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2013 were chosen as the research object.The clinical effects for patients with different care were taken for comparative study.Results:The two groups of patients with different methods of care,in the total satisfaction between the two groups,the level in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).In the hospitalization time,the patient’s hospital stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect in the process of free chaperone care model in the clinical practice is significant,and it is a reliable choice for the anorectal care.关键词
