摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the the immunohistochemical techniques common problems,and put forward corresponding improvement measures. Methods:Taking the historical data of 80 cases of patients in our hospital as the basis,the patients were divided into A,B two groups according to the slice method,then compare the quality and common problems.Results:15 cases of quality problems were found in A group of patients in the study.The positive cells were observed clearly in patients’ slice of B group after improved operation.Conclusion:There are many problems and links in the application of immunohistochemistry technique,we have to put forward improvement targeted improvement measures.关键词
