摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the change of survival time and survival rate after sperm swimming between normal and infertility groups.Methods:Sperm swimming was used and record the survival rate and the rate of sperm forward and no forward after cultured 24,48,72,96,120 h.Results:The survival time of infertility group was shorter than normal group,the rate of decay in infertility group was decrease evident than normal group.Conclusion:The sperm swimming and survival time test can reflect the fertility of sperm.关键词
