Abstract
Objective:To explore the manifestations and surgical characteristics of organized chronic subdural hematoma.Methods:A case of organized chronic subdural hematoma was analyzed,and the related literatures was reviewed.Results:The patient who underwent craniotomy was recovered and discharged, though which happened postoperative recurrent hemorrhage in the left frontal lobe.Conclusion:Organized chronic subdural hematoma is a uncommon condition and it occurs more frequently in the elderly. CT or MRI is helpful for the diagnosis of this disease. The most common postoperative complication are recurrent hemorrhage and seizures. Further studies should focus on developing minimally invasive therapy to minimize the operative invasion.关键词
