Abstract
Objective:To observe traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine and traditional Chinese and western medicine with combined therapy for recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods:Selecting 120 cases with recurrent spontaneous aboortion in Our hospital from Jan 2009 to Aug 2012 were randomly divided into 3 groups,traditional Chinese medicine group,western medicine group,control group (traditional of Chinese and western medicine treatment group), 40 cases in each,giving different treatment and observing the efficacy of treatment.Results:120 cases of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion,pregnancy rate after the treatment,traditional Chinese medicine group was 75.0%,western medicine group was 72.5%,and control group was 90.0%.There was significant difference between traditional Chinese medicine group and control group (P<0.05),there was significant difference between western medicine group and the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion is better than that of pure traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine,after the follow-up can be widely applied in clinic.关键词
