摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the causes of purulent meningitis,providing the basis for rational diagnosis and treatment.Methods:60 children with nosocomial purulent meningitis in the past two years in our hospital were as research subjects.The clinical manifestations,blood and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) related datas were compared.Results:Children with purulent meningitis were mainly under 3 years,manifested as fever,convulsions and other symptoms, laboratory datas found that blood white blood cell(WBC) count,neutrophils ratio,CSF WBC were abnormally expressed.By cerebral spinal fluid detection, there were 2 cases with streptococcus pneumoniae,1 case with Haemophilus influenzae.There were 2 patients died.Conclusion:Blood and cerebrospinal fluid parameters can be more accurately reflect etiology situation of children,and can be used as an important indicator of clinical treatment and prognosis.关键词
