摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of new adjuvant chemotherapy on locally advanced carcinoma of the cervix.Methods:Select the author’s hospital in 2010-2012 treated 20 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer,including Ⅰb2 period 6 cases,Ⅱa period 12 cases,Ⅱb period 2 cases. Through two course of purple shirts alcohol plus carboplatin chemotherapy regimens after intravenous chemotherapy,for all patients with cervical cancer radical,observation analysis of the therapeutic effect.Results:Chemotherapy,the total effective rate was 70.0%(14/20);Ⅰb2 phase of the total effective rate was 66.7%(4/6),Ⅱa period of the total effective rate was 66.7%(8/12),Ⅱb of the total effective rate was 50.0%(1/2),the difference among three groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05). Squamous cell carcinomas of the effective rate was 66.7%(8/12),effective rate was 25.0%(1/4) of gland scale cancer,gland cancer the effective rate was 50.0%(2/4),squamous carcinoma and the curative effect of gland scale cancer comparative difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:paclitaxel plus carboplatin chemotherapy for locally advanced cervical cancer treatment has a significant effect,and have very good tolerance,worth clinical promotion.关键词
