摘要
Abstract
Objective:Observe the clinical effect analysis using all porcelain teeth for cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth.Methods:From my hospital admissions of patients require cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth extracted 60 cases were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,the observation group were using all-ceramic dental restoration,control group patients with metal alloy porcelain crown,contrast observed in both groups patients with repair effect.Results:Aesthetic effect in patients with satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher in terms of overall appearance,face to improve and repair the body color and shape,psychological improvement,Gingivitis,periodontitis incidence rates are 3.33%.Gingivitis was significantly lower than the control group the incidence of 43.33%with periodontitis incidence of 36.67%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:All-ceramic dental cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth to achieve a more desirable aesthetic effect and smaller surrounding tissue stimulation,the use of safe and reliable,to further promote the application in the clinical value.关键词
