Abstract
Objective:To analyze the correlations of perinatal infants’ healthy and pregnant month (LMP) in Nanshan district of Shenzhen,explore the conception regular of Eugenics and best nurture.Methods:The statistical analysis of data of perinatal infants in all hospitals of Nanshan district of Shenzhen from 2002 to 2011 were analyzed by the pregnant month.Results:Among 127 909 perinatal infants,the birth weight was (3250±441)g,the body height was 49.89±1.78cm,the perinatal mortality rate was 4.39‰. the birth defects rate was 14.61‰,the preterm birth rate was 52.78‰,the LBW rate was 43.16‰,the birth asphyxia rate was 4.43‰;The perinatal infants of conception in January had 5 higher rates of perinatal mortality ,birth defects,preterm birth ,LBW and birth asphyxia;The perinatal infants of conception in March and April had 3 higher rates of perinatal mortality ,preterm birth and LBW;The perinatal infants of conception in July had the highest rate of birth defects.Conclusion:Enhancing Preconception health education of eugenics and best nurtur,directing women of child-bearing age try to don’t conception in January,Enhancing prenatal examination and screening for the Pregnant womans of conception in January,March , April and July ,try to reduce the rates of perinatal mortality and birth defects.关键词
