摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of holistic nursing for senile femoral neck fracture associated with diabetes.Methods:64 cases with femoral neck fracture associated with diabetes were divided into observation group and control group.Observation group received holistic nursing,and control group received routine nursing.Effects of two groups were compared.Results:Satisfaction ratio of observation group was higher than control group,and dissatisfaction ratio was lower than control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).QOL score of two groups had significant difference after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:Holistic nursing can improve degree of satisfaction of senile femoral neck fracture associated with diabetes,and improve the quality of life.关键词
