Abstract
Objective:To investigate the causes and nursing measures of skin flap necrosis after vascularized myocutaneous flap to repair the tissue defect in radical operation of oral cancer.Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 13 cases of skin flap necrosis patients,to explore the factors affecting survival of skin flap,and the systematic nursing intervention effect.Results:13 cases of vascular pedicled muscle flap repair operation in patients with oral cancer, including 2 cases of complete necrosis,11 cases of part necrosis. By adopting the specific debridement treatment,strengthen the nursing measures of anti-infection and systematic,wounds were secondary healing,control of infection and wound healing time was 14-45 d,average 21 d.Conclusion:Close observation and careful nursing can effectively control and prevent the necrosis of skin flap after oral cancer surgery,improve the survival quality of patients after operation.关键词
