Abstract
Objective:Analyze the cause of the adverse events occurred hemodialysis room care,and propose the corresponding countermeasures to prevent it from happening again.Methods:The author’s hospital were retrospectively analyzed on June 6,2005-December 2012 hemodialysis center of 70 cases of nursing adverse events,summarizes its reason,and statistics of the high probability risk factor for adverse events caused by hemodialysis center,and puts forward prevention countermeasures.Results:Causes of hemodialysis center of adverse events including nursing staff to carry out the hospital rules and regulations about care does not reach the designated position 22 cases,20 cases in nursing staff the sense of responsibility is not strong,the nursing staff of nursing standard and operation process of nursing instruments cannot very good master in 16 cases,care staff lack of 14 cases of aseptic operation ideas,8 patients for the nursing staff is not fit.Conclusion:Strengthen the management of hemodialysis room safe,work to develop a reasonable process to improve the level of nursing services and the overall quality,which can effectively control the occurrence of adverse events in hemodialysis room to improve the quality of care.关键词
