多西紫杉醇及氟尿嘧啶联合奥沙利铂与顺铂方案治疗晚期胃癌的随机对照研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe concept of the docetaxel and fluorouracil plus oxaliplatin (DOF) and cisplatin (DCF) in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods:The 60 patients with advanced gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The control group of 30 patients given the DCF regimen (docetaxel,FU and cisplatin),the study group of 30 patients given the DOF the program (docetaxel,FU and oxaliplatin).21 d as a cycle,efficacy the evaluation after six cycles of treatment.Results:Efficacy assessed by RECIST criteria,the study group CR 3 cases,PR 14 cases,the total effective rate was 56.7%;the control group CR 4 cases,PR 12 cases,the total effective rate was 53.3%,the efficacy of the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Study group major toxicities were neutropenia,alopecia,as well as the reaction of the gastrointestinal tract,the patient tolerated less impact on the quality of life in patients with high research group peripheral neurotoxicity than the control group,but mild gastrointestinal reactions.Conclusion:In summary, relative DCF program,DOF program with which the same disease progression and median survival time,but the toxicity light,especially better treatment naive persons with advanced gastric suitable for popularization and application to clinical.关键词
