Abstract
Objective:To analyse the value of MRI dynamic enhancement and MRCP for the diagnosis of periampullary carcinoma.Methods:To retrospectively analyse the MR datas of 24 cases what periampullary carcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital,and the MRI imaging features of different origins of periampullary carcinoma,24 patients were done MRI scan,dynamic enhancement and MRCP.Results:The periampullary carcinoma showed T1WI for equal or slightly low signal,T2WI for equal or slightly higher signal,the range of lesion size were 1-3.7 cm approximately, the mild enhancement or delayed enhancement,the bile duct obvious expansion,most associated with pancreatic duct dilatation.Conclusion:MR dynamic enhanced scan can detection the different types of periampullary carcinoma valuably,early detection and genotyping,and provide effective imaging information for clinical surgical treatment.关键词
