不同质子泵抑制剂治疗消化性溃疡出血的疗效比较分析OA
Comparative Analysis of the Efficacy of Different Proton Pump Inhibitors in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer Bleeding
目的：比较不同质子泵抑制剂治疗消化性溃疡出血的疗效，以供临床工作参考。方法：选择2009年10月-2012年9月笔者所在医院收治的105例消化性溃疡出血患者作为研究对象，根据随机法分为A组和B组，均接受包括抗感染、止血、胃黏膜保护、抑酸等对症治疗。A组应用注射用奥美拉唑钠，B组应用注射用泮托拉唑钠。治疗7 d后，对比两组患者的有效性和安全性。结果：B组总有效率明显高于A组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间，两组不良反应发生率比…查看全部>>
