摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe influence of Edaravone injection on serum Interleukin 6(IL-6) and high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in patients with acute cerebral infarction and explore its neurological protective mechanisms and clinical significance.Methods:With clinical randomized controlled observation method,80 cases were randomly divided into Edaravone injection treatment group and Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole control group,40 cases in each.The period of treatment of two groups was 14 days.On 1,3,7 and 14 d of reatment,serum IL-6 and hs-CRP levels were detected.Results:Compared with Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole control group,serum IL-6 and hs-CRP were significantly decreased after treatment of 3,7 and 14 d,and there was significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone injection can decrease IL-6 and hs-CRP levels of treatment group patients to improve neural function defect of acute cerebral infarction patients.关键词
