Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of ultrasound heartbeat graph monitoring in ventricular septal defect(VSD) and transcatheter closure of membranous aneurysm.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed of the clinical data of patients in our hospital,50 cases of VSD and aneurysm occlusion therapy, the patients were diagnosed by ultrasound heartbeat graph,intraoperative ultrasound monitoring guidance,follow-up postoperative.Results:The left ventricular angiography and ultrasound from aortic valve in the range of VSD distance measurement,membranous aneurysm diameter,aneurysm of the membranous basal margin(AV) showed no significant differences(P>0.05).Defect on edge and AV distance had significant difference(P<0.05).43 cases of patients with VSD aneurysm occlusion success,failure in 7 cases.Conclusion:Ultrasound in the diagnosis of VSD,and membranous occlusion guidance in surgery,postoperative follow-up has important application value.关键词
