Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of nursing intervention on acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and the effect on clinical treatment. Methods:40 cases with acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura in our hospital were assigned to the experimental group and the control group,20 cases in each,all patients were followed the doctor’s advice to medicine,no significant difference between the drugs.The control group was only given conventional care, the experimental group on the basis of the control group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,compared two groups a week after the recovery of platelet and family members of patients in two groups on the nursing satisfaction.Results:After a week,the recovery of platelet in the experimental group was better than the control group,the experimental group for family nursing comprehensive degree of satisfaction was (9.5±0.4),nursing the total efficiency was 95%,were higher than those in the control group,there were statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention on acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura in children has a positive effect,is worthy of promotion.关键词
