Abstract
Objective:The fibrinolytic enzyme effect of cerebrovascular reserve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method:To 70 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients,in accordance with the principle of randomized double-blind experiments were divided into experimental group and control group,35 cases in each group,both groups were given conventional therapy,the control group with placebo,the treatment group with fibrinolytic enzyme. Using TCD to assess cerebrovascular reserve function,NIHSS score evaluation of nerve function.Result:Treatment group after treatment compared with before treatment, the control group,middle cerebral artery MFV,CVR,BHI had increased,in PI,NIHSS,are reduced,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);In the control group before than after treatment in the brain artery MFV,CVR,BHI all increase,PI,NIHSS decreased,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before the treatment,control group and treatment group in the NIHSS score,middle cerebral artery MFV,PI,CVR,the comparison of BHI,there were no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Fibrinolytic enzymes can improve cerebrovascular reserve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction and improve nerve function.关键词
