摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of pedicle screw system fixation for thoracolumbar fractures.Method:Selected January 2011-August 2012 the author’s hospital treated 150 cases of thoracic lumbar vertebral fracture patients,used pedicle screw system fixation treatment,follow-up observation treatment effect. Result:All patients surgery all went well,the last follow-up date on October 1,2012,all of the patients did not appear fixed loose or broken nail phenomenon,according to Frankel classification standard neural function in patients with 1~3 levels. Preoperative Cobb Angle,height of fanterior trailing edge compared with at the time of the last follow-up,the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:Pedicle screw system fixation method treatment of thoracic lumbar vertebral body fractures fixed and reliable,and curative effect is significant,worthy of the thoracic lumbar vertebral body fractures are widely used in the treatment.关键词
