2型糖尿病周围神经病变及其危险因素分析
Type 2 Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy and its Risk Factors Study

Abstract
Objective:To explore the incidence and risk factors for type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Method:197 cases of hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes,aged(54.95±10.27)years old,and a duration of(6.45±3.81)years.DPN was diagnosed by neurophysiological examination,to observe the incidence of DPN,and use multivariate Logistic regression analysis to explore the risk factors of DPN.Result:(1)In 197 patients 170 cases were detected with DPN,the prevalence rate as high as 86.29%,and the MCV abnormal rate(83.25%) was higher than the SCV(73.10%)(X2=3.95,P<0.05).(2)The age (55.83±10.31) years old,duration (7.97±4.75) years,serum creatinine (71.28±37.77)μol/L and fasting blood glucose after treatment (7.41?1.53) mmol/L of DPN group were higher than NDPN group (P<0.05 or 0.01).(3)Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors of DPN include the course of the disease(P<0.01), total cholesterol(P=0.02),LDL(P=0.05),and HbA1c(P=0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of DPN is high,and strict control of blood sugar,blood lipids and other metabolic factors is important for the prevention of DPN.关键词
